alt. Pods contain the active ingredient nicotine.

alt. Pods may assist in cutting down on or quitting smoking and vaping, by replacing the nicotine you get from cigarettes or non-medical nicotine vapes.

Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to nicotine or any of the ingredients listed at the end of the CMI. 

Talk to your doctor if you have any other medical conditions, take any other medicines, or are pregnant or plan to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.

Some medicines may interfere with alt. Pods and affect how it works.

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any other medicines, including any medicines, vitamins or supplements that you buy without a prescription from your pharmacy, supermarket or health food shop.

Check with your doctor or pharmacist in Australia if you are not sure about what medicines, vitamins or supplements you are taking and if these affect alt. Pods.

alt. Pods may assist with cutting down and quitting smoking cigarettes or using other non-medical nicotine vape products.  The nicotine in the alt. Pods replaces the nicotine you would get from either smoking cigarettes or using other non-medical nicotine vape products.

alt. Pods must be used with the alt. Device.  The alt. Device vaporises the liquid nicotine in the alt. Pods for inhalation to replace the nicotine you get from smoking cigarettes or non-medical vapes.

• Remind any doctor, dentist or pharmacist that you are using a medical nicotine vape product.

• Do not use this medication if you are not dependent on nicotine.

• Do not stop using this medicine suddenly or you may experience nicotine withdrawal symptoms.

• Starting on a medical nicotine vape product may initially cause dizziness so care should be taken when driving or using heavy machinery. 

• Keep alt. Pods in original packaging and store in a cool, dry place.

• Keep out of reach of children.

You should not use any other forms of nicotine while undergoing treatment with alt. Pods.  

If used in combination with other nicotine products or excessively, you may suffer an overdose of nicotine.  

If you experience an overdose that causes convulsions, breathing difficulty or low blood pressure you should immediately contact the Australian Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26, or contact your doctor or go to the Emergency Department at your nearest hospital.
